Key Responsibilities:
Care Coverage: Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
Client Outreach: Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
Adaptability: Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.
What We're Looking For:
Compassion & Kindness: A must-have trait; a strong commitment to providing genuine care to every client.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in PCA roles within in-home support services.
Reliability: Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions for completing specific assignments.
Flexibility: Ability to adjust to schedule changes and availability for weekend shifts.
Requirements:
Two forms of valid identification
A smartphone for scheduling and payroll
Participation in a mandatory, PAID in-person orientation
